Pohkseh SC, også kjent som Pohkseh Sports Club, er et indisk fotballag basert i Kolkata, Vest-Bengal. Klubben ble grunnlagt i 1912 og konkurrerer for tiden i I-League, den øverste divisjonen av indisk fotball.

Pohkseh SC er et av de eldste og mest suksessrike fotballagene i India. De har vunnet I-League fire ganger, Federation Cup tre ganger og Durand Cup to ganger. Klubben har også representert India i AFC Cup, Asias nest øverste klubbkonkurranse.

Pohkseh SC er kjent for sin angripende spillestil og off-the-ball-bevegelser. De har en sterk tropp med en blanding av erfarne og unge spillere. Lagets hjemmekamper spilles på Salt Lake Stadium i Kolkata.
